The accuracy and the rapidity for seed counting
Principle
A single bowl adapted to all the types of product to be counted (grains, seeds, capsules, etc..) whose vibration, which can be adjusted in intensity, leads the product along a spiral ramp. At the exit of the bowl, the products fall past an elctronic infra-red detector which counts them.

Numigral I For products from 1 to 10 mm. Pre-selection of the number of products to be counted. Automatic stop when the selected number is reached. A screw adjusts the ramp exit according to the size of the element to be counted. This eliminates products larger than the selected size and products stuck together.

Numigral II Same principle as the Numigral II with many other possibilities : Counting up to a minimum size of 0.3 mm. Elimination from counting of any product smaller than half the selected value. storage of parameters in order to avoid any manual setting (bowl vibration speed , limiting size for elimination from counting). Memory capacity : 100 sets of parameters (speed, size). Automatic reduction of the bowl vibration speed at the end of the cycle for more accurate counting. Sound signal at the end of the operation. Can be connected to a computer via an RS 232 interface. Optional micro-division kit for the extraction of an exact number of elements from the general count.
