Silo temperature monitoring

Description: During emptying and refilling of silos, probes are stressed by considerable traction forces, which are generated by the following factors:

• Parameters governing the traction forces

• Design features of the probe to ensure efficient performance

Composition : Standard manufacture (electric cable supporting sensors which slides freely in a special tube, treated steel strands set, extra-hard sheat, head probe A C or D type) coaxial technology : replacement of each sensor, including those within full silos.

Fixed probes : 3 head probes are available for all installation requirements:

- framing           : type "A"

- roofing           : type "C"

- concrete slab : type "D"

Supervision system on PC designed for the Silo monitoring temperature and the management of the quality for the silos.

With the SILOSTAR, one cannot speak about display anymore as it has more to do with an advanced working space.

The data entry operations are limited to the absolute minimum (networking with other supervision PCs simplifies even more data entry)

The working space (the basic display) has several "tabs" (of the filling system type), a tools bar and a control display.

The SILOSTAR is meant for working with several local silos

 (or remote silos, in the case of networking several sites by modems)

Acquisition of the parameters of the silo: cell temperatures, levels, ventilation, intrusions, etc..., to ensure centralised monitoring of the process
